REFUND AND REVISION POLICY.
Please carefully review this Revision and Refund Policy, as it complements the Terms of Use, establishing a
legally binding agreement between you (the client) and the platform, gradegivers.com.
Order Cancellation
- If you cancel an order before the expert begins work, a cancellation fee of 25% of the agreed total will apply.
- If work has already commenced, you may either continue with the order or cancel it. In this case, a
fee equivalent to the work completed plus a 25% cancellation charge will be deducted from the total
agreed amount. This policy ensures fair compensation for the expert’s time and effort.
- Orders with a 24-hour deadline or those with 24 hours remaining are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
Duplicate Charges
- If you notice a double charge and receive two receipts from our payment processor,
please contact us immediately with both receipts. You may choose to receive a
credit to your wallet or a full refund within 7-10 business days.
Expert Availability
- We strive to match each project with the most suitable expert. In rare cases where an expert is unavailable,
we will complete your next assignment of equivalent value free of charge.
Order Requirements and Delays
- Please provide all details and additional materials when placing your order.
Occasionally, delays may occur due to client response time, missing information,
or unavailability of research data. Although we maintain a punctuality rate above 99.3%, unexpected circumstances may impact delivery.
- If we do not receive a response to a query within 24 hours, the expert may complete the work based on available information,
and no further changes will be accepted. However, if you respond within or after 24 hours, deadlines
may be adjusted based on expert availability. Any request to halt work will be handled per Clause No. 1.
Satisfaction and Revision Policy
- We offer revisions based on the original instructions provided, as long as they fall within the timeline
outlined in your payment plan. Revision requests outside this timeframe will not be accommodated, and no refunds will be issued.
Failure Grade Policy
- Although our goal is always to help you succeed, in the rare event that you receive a failing grade,
a 50% refund will be issued to your wallet. Refund eligibility is based on the payment plan—90 days
for Premium & Standard Plans and 60 days for Limited Plans from the date of the first submission
or initial partial submission. Requests outside this period cannot be honored.
- The refund is not applicable if a grade over 49.99% is achieved or if no
failing grade is documented, even if the score is below 50%.
Payment Plans and Services
- We offer three payment plans—Limited, Standard, and Premium—which differ in services and fees based on
expert ratings and benefits. Upgrading your plan for additional benefits is possible even after the initial payment.

Cash Refunds and Non-Refundable Services
- Except as outlined in Clause No. 2, cash refunds are not offered. Approved claims are credited to your wallet.
- Refunds are not available for plagiarism reports, resume services, or pre-used assignment solutions.
NOTE: Only claims within the outlined categories are eligible for consideration. Claims outside these categories are ineligible for refunds.
